Suspicion of Guilt
Introduction:
This story is a crossover of two of my favorite shows: "MacGyver" and "Forever Knight".
I got the idea to do this from reading several other crossovers and I thought it might be fun to see what happens when all of these characters get together. I've attempted to be as accurate as possible, but please forgive any goofs you might find. This is my first attempt at fanfiction so please be gentle with me :-). I hope you enjoy it!
The FK characters in this story are from the second season(94-95) cast of Forever Knight.
The story takes place in Toronto and follows the end of the MacGyver series when MacGyver and his son take off together on their motorcycles. It is supposed to be about a year and a half after they leave together, though the story is set in the present time.
Note: This story is currently undergoing a heavy rewrite, since my writing has substantially improved since 1995 (I think so, anyway :-) I'll leave the opening scene as a teaser, though, just because I'm evil (Bwahahahaha!).

<Friday morning, Los Angeles>The car was going fast, too fast for the wet road. It screeched around the curve, barely missing a utility pole, picking up speed as it entered the next curve and began weaving back and forth between the two lanes. Suddenly, it hit a slick spot in the road and began spinning wildly. The driver lost control and the car crashed through the guardrail, plummeting into the ravine below and exploding on impact. The scream echoed from the walls of the cliff.....
MacGyver awoke with a start. The dream. Again. He sat up and wiped the sweat off of his forehead. It always ended the same way, with that hideous scream that woke him up. He looked at the clock - 5:04 a.m. At least he had gotten a few hours of sleep. He shook his head to clear away the remnants of the nightmare. No use staying in bed now, he thought. He had had all the sleep he was going to get. Besides, there was always something around the apartment that needed fixing...
